HI ALL,

Changed a game on my Indian dreaming mk5 machine everything boots up fine, but then in the lock up errors it says hopper disconnected, I have tried everything to get this error removed but no luck I have restarted the machine several times now and checked nothing was unplugged. I have done everything possible to fix this but I cant get it off the error log screen.

btw I don't have the complete hopper in the machine the basket that catches the coins.

all help greatly appreciated.

Go to " Game Machine Options" and disable Hopper.

Hopper Disconnected - Reconnect the hopper. To reset this fault, turn the reset key ON then OFF.

Hi mate

On the audit screen it doenst say disconnect hopper it only says not acceptor disconnect so I'm really stuck.

What software are you running?

Post a picture of the front of your
machine to make sure I'm looking at
the right setup.

Thanks mate for all your help got the problem sorted out, just had to change coins to no and it fixed it.
