Well, it's not a Fortune I as the hold buttons say Hold/Cancel -- on a Fortune I, they were only "Hold" with an extra button to the right to cancel a mis-held card.  Maybe a Fortune II or a PE (non-plus)?  Is there an identification plate on the side of the machine with any information on it?

Aah, indeed.   Sherlock Smiley

Simpsons1: What information is on that blue and silver ID tag on the bottom of the machine to the right of the hopper?

I would have to get my books out for this one!   That being said,  this is a Fortune 1 poker machine.  The reason, that's a fortune 1 logic board he has pictured, no doubt in my mind, not only the board, but the backplane with the ribbon connections and the two reset buttons on the top right above the board.  If there is an I/O board on the left hand side wall ( next to the hopper) then that would be another clue that this is a Fortrune 1.   I think they used a RGB monitor,  don't know if it can be replaced with a Ceronix  1492.   Can't remember the button configuration on the door.

this is a Fortune 1 poker machine.

I defer to your expertise, although I am confused about the hold buttons as the few Fortune I's I've seen in person only had the "hold" functionality for the hold buttons.  But, if Jim says it's a Fortune I, I believe it.   yes

I think CV Slots knows someone who rebuilds those monitors. He may sell them too; I'm not sure...you may want to send Roslyn a PM and see.
I have a Fortune One and it has hold/cancel buttons and the I/O on the side...etc...  Grin
