Keno Board Up- grade

  I have a old style casino keno display board. I feel  was made around 1970"s?
 I would like to up-grade it to run automatically on a PC or ?  on it's own control.
(Example...turn the board on...it go's to say game #1 a few seconds later it draws 1 number out of 80  random number, 5 seconds later it draws 2 number....then same happens until it gets a total of 20 number drawn....then game one is complete........ 10 minutes later, it gos to game #2) the process keeps going until game #999 then starts all over to game 1)
  My board has 80 bulb numbered lights, and 3 group's of  7 bulbs designed  to give a game number in a digital type format.(see photo of light groups of 7)
   All of the original bulbs are intact, the only control wire has a 4 wire plug, other than a 110 volt plug to power the bulbs and it's own power for the circuit board.
    The original way it was done was a manual control board, to light up several boards.

I am not certain this can be done without some type of system on the backed/behind the scenes. Since the board itself does not know what to display or what numbers to light up without the system telling it. Maybe one of our casino techs can provide some insight for us! 

It would be cool to be able to play Keno at home on that scale, but I've never, personally, seen it done outside of a casino.

 Thanks for your response.... The board as it sets right know has printed circuit boards with memory, for example if I plug it in, the numbered lights come on. One time maybe no lights, light up, then plug it in later you may have several bulbs lit.
  Do you know of what kind of logic it use's ? (I assume it uses some type of logic ??) There's only 4 control wires (RED, BLACK, YELLOW, & WHITE) that came from the original control panel to communicate with it. There's also a 110 Volt plug that goes to a power supply, I may add the bulbs are the Xmas style C-7 110 volts. If you know of someone that may be familiar with it...please advise

How about posting a picture of the memory board. Maybe, a BIG maybe, someone might recognize it.
Would suspect some sort of pulse system but at what baud rate, etc??
