For what it's worth, this  "PE_plus_AND_S_plus__Electonic_Repair_Manual.pdf"  is already in the Submit a new file section.  I don't think anybody would mind if you borrowed a copy.

Hi I just purchased an IGT PE+ Video Poker machine, and am also looking for the a manual of mainly features and settings for the machine.  I could not locate the PE+ manual you are refereing to in the submit a file section.  If you have this or could point me in the right direction that would be great!

Just uploaded the Players Edge Plus Reference Guide.  Not a whole lot of in-depth info but enough to get you into or out of trouble.  The software settings on a PE+ Video are alot easier then a S+ slot.  Basically hit the reset button, follow the onscreen directions for what you may want to change and your done.  Pretty basic stuff.  Just got mine a few months back and still rounding up miscellaneous pieces.

As mentioned elsewhere, if any questions just ask and you will normally have some kind of response within 24 hours.

Ok I also picked up a PE Video Poker (No Plus) from 1985.  From the Stardust Casino In Las Vegas.  I am looking for the Self Test Button on it, and can't seem to find it.  I have the reset key but not sure how to use it.  I looked at the manual you uploaded but the inside of the machine is different then the pictures in the manual.  Near the power switch there is no Self Test Switch, just the power switch.  If anyone can let me  know how to put this baby in Self Test so I can set some options that would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I will look behind the power switch.  As soon as my digital camera has some memory on it I will take a pic of the inside so you can see where it might be.

You seem to be correct this is a fortune 1 video poker.  I saw the manual in submit a file and looked at it and it is correct.  Says to turn the reset key clockwise then center to enter test mode but that is not working, the reset key does not seem to be connected to anything in side, it looks like it actuatues possibly a metal rod that connects to another metal bar or similar.  I will take a pic of it and let you see it. Seems like the 2 outside key locks go to the corresponding pics I am attaching.  They dont seem to do much.

Ok it looks like the key is supposed to press a switch on the top or bottom of the top right key assembly inside.  I can press these switches at least the top one and it goes into statisitcal data mode!! YAHOO....But not into any kind of setup.  Any ideas how to get it to setup mode.  I pressed all the keys on the outside when in stat data mode and nothing.

Sorry I had to go to the floor. I am covering for one of our techs. You are right the top is data and the bottom should be setup. Now it has been some time for me but if I remember right you can press these switches and they will light the test leds on the interfase board. This is where I would start. Years ago we use to work in lots of interfase boards. Press each switch and you should get at least 1 led to light if not more. If the service manule is on line I would download it you will need it.

Seems there is no onscreen setup of this model. From reading the manual.  Just a stats display.  Does anyone know where I can get a hopper to work with it?  I was told a hopper would be around 50 bucks.  If anyone has one let me know, I would like to add a hopper to it.
