Found a bank of these on the Board Walk @ Ocean City Maryland..  Look close. They are a Bally 5500 machine, IGT topper, IGT Glass in some, play on tokens and pay tickets, are Skill Stop with the three buttons to stop the reels, the wheel is by D and D entertainment. What  a cluster...Where do you begin if you get one of these??

That font is NOT right on the Wild Cherry glass, at least doesn't look right to me....the "Cherry" is not slanted/italicized on IGT glass, and the background is different. These are knockoff copies/imitations....wouldn't want to be that guy when IGT sees the games! Second pic games look like something an 8th grade designed...

Those bonus wheels look to be a Sigma product, but who knows.

These machines are funky monkeys...

Those machines have been out for over ten years now. They can also be found on the boardwalk in Wildwood.
Bally 5500 cabinet and backplane, but they have a custom MPU board with custom software.

That's right those have been out for a long time contact John Haas ----Rudy's Deals & Steals applause applause applause applause applause applause applause applause

those are put out by DD--GAMING  a entire thread about these was on the forum back 3---4 years ago .with pictures and links to the graphics created on the glass etc . the problem with the machine is it never held a payout % .

they were located at MARTY'S playground or something like that on the board walk . i saved all the links and graphics they had done up for them there also was a video that Marty himself had done how the machine operated and worked .
that's the behind the scenes story lol  >>>part of it <<<< not all of it .. now you know where Rudy's deals gets there parts --
they do have a custom software set in them in all machines .
where do you start ??lol   sell them back to my old buddy  John H.  LOL

nj law on skill stop slots were  they had to payout  100% or more  , catch is you put in something worth 25 cents and win a token that worth 5 cents or less for a prize , they had them  in keansbreg nj  in  mid 70,s made out  of em quick draws , the reason I know that ,we got raided that year for having  , old mills and jenning   I got from London , boardwalk was ok  to have em ballys but I couldn,t have 40,s 50,s slots , 3 years later I did get mine back ab=nd sell at 3 times  the price I was selling for when they took them , doj  was nothing to state of nj  then

lots of welfare money went in those slots  , 1st of month those shore arcades were like zoo,s ,  players would have cups full of tokens  that were worth  5 cents or less and would be  putting in quarters to get nickel tokens ,they were smiling ear to ear  thinking they were winning a lot , spending 20 bucks to get a $1 water gun, that's when arcade owners were making real cash

Wow, interesting. I never knew about that. It's like the kiddie arcades they have now (Chuck E Cheese, Boomers, etc.). Same concept. Spend real $$$ to buy tokens to play games that dispense tickets to redeem for junk prizes. The kids (and some adults) get so pumped about getting tickets, they forgot how many real dollars they spent to get that pack of gum, plastic jewelry, yo-yo, or whatever...

A thing to note about chuckee cheeses if your a parent, they will let you purchase the items that you get with tickets for 1 cent per ticket cost so if an item cost 50 tickets to get you can buy it for 50 cents cash plus tax.

at an average of 5 tickets or less per 25cents spent, its cheaper to buy outright.
so what i would do is give themm $5 in tokens just so they could play then let them get what ever they want from the prizes and pay  cash . saves alot of monet in the long run

Ha! Yes, that is true, you can buy the items outright. It always amazes me to see the lil kids running from game to game, feeding tokens in as fast they can. Have even wondered if that is how a casino looks to someone who does not gamble....
