Multipoker PE Plus Slant/ Ill read the threads.

Customer in Oregon. She says they opened 2 doors at one time and now game wont do anything, no coin, no bills, no door lights. Screen says Closure Restart. Any ideas on how to procede much appreciated, I haven't worked on many.
Found the threads and will read and get back if I cant fix it.

"Closure" and "Restart" are informational messages and are not tilt errors.  Closure indicates that the machine detected a door had been opened and now it is closed.  That message will go away after one paid game has been played.  Restart indicates that the power had been turned off and it is now back on.  That message will also go away after one paid game has been played.

So long as there aren't any tilt messages on the screen, it should be ready to accept coins at a bare minimum.  If the bill validator stacker box ("cash can") is missing or improperly inserted, the machine won't be ready to accept bills.  I would suggest that they try removing and firmly replacing the cash can into the machine to try and get it seated properly.
