A friends machine is having problems. When DBV is plugged in it doesn't do it normal cycle, it just clicks. Both lights are lit then one goes out with each click(see video). When I unlatch the head it cycles but as soon I I close the head it stops and starts clicking again. Sorry could not load MP4. Maybe power supply??

Start by checking for jammed or broken gears

And transport is seated properly with release handle in place? Cash can seated properly? I'd start by telling him to remove both from machine and reseat them to make sure everything is lined up and see if it helps. First machine I ever had did the same thing, but I didn't know crap back then and the seller sent me a new one after I put a hold on the discover card payment. Moved on to S2000's before I got a chance to study DBV's to much

I had one that done the same as the one in your video. Found a bent pin on the connector. Hope this helps.

He said it was working fine. Then when he turned the machine on one day it started the clicking. He pulled the plug and waited for me. Maybe I'll talk him into converting to wba. Maybe take one out of my S+ and try it. Does anyone repair these? I have 2 on a shelf that don't work.
