Hi All, I want to use the RBK to change some settings on my Red Hottie. Where on the R board does it go and what things will be different using it versus what I am used to with standard S2000 clear and key chips? Do I have to clear the machine or will it just give me the option to do so? Stuff like that. Thanks for any and all help

Hey Rob, You're gonna put the RBK1 where the BOOT goes if its a flash R board. Then fire it up like normal and the RBK options will show on the display. You want to scroll to the KEY option, then install the BOOT and you're good to go! I'm sure you got it by now but noticed no replies.

(Sorry for the confusion on the board names.. Everyone calls them different things and I still don't know which is which? R board seems to be said on both the Flash board and Legacy board..)

If it doesn't work, just crate and send me the machine. It may take me a few years to figure it out, but I will send that beauty back to you once done. Hahaha

LOL, Thanks Harv. It is an R board. I didn't want to mess with it till I had an idea of how it was used. With my luck I'd of turned a working game into a non-working game  frying pan

I just reread my post and will edit. In my hungover state I posted some incorrect info to do with using a key chip on the legacy board. Sorry about that. Nap time for me...  zzzzzzz   Duh!

Harv. post some of those casino hits from last night/this morning!!!!!!---- Tongue Out Rob, put the key chip in closest socket to right-(boot),turn on,turn off ,reinstall boot, turn back on and set up.  Best not to have any credits on machine.  If so then you will need to do a clear before the key-pretty much same as reg. s-2k just get diff. menus, etc.  -B.
