Man brought a 2000 Pink Panther in for repairs. Says 3 coin but it plays 5 coins. Chips say SB000343 & SG000380. Does anyone know what
proper chips are for game?
Another problem was kept saying doors open. Open & close door would not clear. Booted up several times & no good. Started up without hopper
in & it worked. Put another hopper in & it works. Had to be problem with hopper. This is what happens when people buy out of their area.
He's been back & forth with guy he got it from for the past year.

Was this machine a vision machine they made a Panther Bucks 5 line SB000425 with SG000380 chips

Don't know history of it.  Checked on burner - The SB chip is SBooo343.

Did the machine have reel strips when you worked on it. There   was a couple pink panther games pick a panther SB000350  3coin and pink slips SB000332 3 coin I don't know of any S2000 pink panthers without the vision lcd screen

It has a vision screen. In bonus the inspector is chasing the panther. reel strips were on it. All strips the same #84627500

Maybe its a 5 line game, I have the 5 line game that I can not get working.  
I put it aside and was using a 3 coin one pay line sb chip and it was working, but I got it out of storage
last week in an attempt to get it up and running.

Can you give me the details on the software and chip combinations ?

If that was a 5 coin Sb chip and you don't need it, might you want to sell it ?
