How long is a short?

Hi
I have a SB100222, Reel strip #84667700 and a 3 coin top award 2500 glass. Getting incorrect payouts. Any ideas as to where its wrong?

I was under the impression that the 3 double diamond strips are the same,

Yeah but I think he has the 3-Line strips perhaps?
I think he needs the SB100054 = 1 Payline
