I called JCM and the last update apparently for these bill acceptors was in 2006.  Anyone know of an aftermarket upgrade for either of these acceptors?  Thanks!

The v3.80 update for the WBA allows acceptance of the new $100. I know we haven't updated any of our Validators and we are able to accept the new bill using the "colored $5" update. If you contact one of the vendors on the homepage, they can get you the v3.80 upgrade. (Blueridge would have it for sure).

The DBV-200 is no longer supported (due to age), so there will not be any updates on it. The latest updates, that I know of, are 2.7x for the new $5 (only avail for ID003, not IGT), and the 2.6x for the new $10 for IGT. If you have to be able to accept the new $100, you will need to change out for a WBA or MEI validator. The MEI update is not available to home market yet, no telling how long it will take really.

(P.S. When they said 2006, they were referring to the last DBV update. WBAs have had a quite a few since then.)

Thanks for the post.  It looks like we have v 3.75-05i as our last update.  I was told our ID O44 protocol's last update was in 2006.  I'm pretty sure ours takes the new $5's though.  Also, I just realized I posted this maybe in the wrong forum ; )

And the 3.75 won't take the new $100? I'm going to have to check ours now! We haven't tested a bunch, just a couple one day.

No big deal. Moderators will move it when they get time.
