I just bought a NEW WBA-12-SS Head/transport/cash can and the whole mounting assembly cause I figured it would be nice to have a fresh complete working kit for test purposes.  Will I need to get the Head programmed and if so, any idea what I can expect to pay for that service?

I guess that would depend on what platform you are using.

The IGT S+ for instance uses different code than the S2000.
SO the real question is what did it come out of and what is it going into.

Ahhh.... the unit did not come out of anything, it is brand new and was purchased to go into a S2000.
If you would like to see it (I hopt I didnt pay too much for it but you can tell me that),  here is the ebay link:

the programming is stored on the motherboard of the transport not the head.  hook up with one of the vendors at the top of the page and you will get straightened out!  g/l
