I have a three reel 5500 that I have converted to Wild 7's. I bought it from Rudy's Deals. I installed the two new chips (18 and 19) followed by a safe ram clear. I can't get the machine to match the reels. Am I doing something wrong?

Either the reel strips are not in the correct order / position or your personality chip does not match the reel strips. If you can post a picture of the personality chips and reel strips that would help.
