Cut the grass today and then took a dip in the pool to cool off.

Ya, the water was cold, but the dogs liked it.

There are Sh*ts...... and then there are really big Sh*ts. That was just cruel. what makes it even more cruel is the fact that I have a house in Daytona, and I'm stuck here.

Come on down. We'll pick up Rickhunter and head to the Keys.

Neon Are you going to use your Yacht or Ricks to get to the Keys ??  We had a low of 27 and a high of 64 today. Think I'll  get in my hot tub and watch the slat rats slide down the Mountain

Worked on landscaping the backyard yesterday in a T-shirt and jeans. Neighbor was cutting his grass.  Tongue Out

Left Michigan four years ago and do NOT miss the snow/sleet/freezing rain/potholes/mud/frost/constant grey skies/"lake effect snow" one damn bit!!!!

I LOVE the snow and cold! Rode the Ski-Doo with the grandson. Pulled him around on the sled. Taking him out in the shallows of Saginaw Bay to do some ice fishing for some fresh Lake Perch! Got the plow truck out and plowed a few driveways. Who says there's not much to do in the winter.
Yeah if I did not like it I would have moved a long time ago.

When I was young, same thing. Used to duck hunt on Saginaw Bay during snow storms. Tip-Up Town on Houghton Lake was always a blast too!
But not any more! Hope when I retire we (wife and I) can be snowbirds and "visit" Michigan in the summer and get the hell out by November!

I lived in a little town of Ossineke Mich. for two years back in the 70's
and the first chance I got I turned tail and headed back to Texas.
And I haven't left here yet.
