help! I messed up all my sounds.

Hey guys, I'm really new to this and don't know much about my machine except that it's an igt s2000 double diamond three reel five line machine. I bought it with the "standard" sounds associated with the game, but, in the process of trying to lower the volume I screwed up all the sounds. Is there a "reset" back to "factory defaults" for these "standard" sounds that came with the game? And, if so, how do I do it?

Yes and no.  No there isn't a default without using a clear and key chip. Yes we can tell you how to fix ix using no key or clear chips.

With machine turned on, open the main door and on the front of the MPU board, that's the board standing upright on your left down close to the floor. On the front of the MPU there is a white button, hold this button in for about 5 seconds. Now let the main door swing closed but do not latch the door. Watch the VFD display, that's the Blue display on the lower your left on the reel glass. You should be seeing "accounting " displayed. Now press the cash out button (2) times you should be seeing "options", press spin button (1) to machine options, press cash out button to "sound options, press spin button (3) times to "volume level.  OK now using the cash out and the call button raise or lower the volume to the desired level and save that level by pressing the MAX Bet button three or four times.

hey Buzz, thanks for the info, however, it's not the volume i'm having problems with. I was able to figure that part out. The problem i'm having is that I inadvertently changed my max bet, roll up, bet 1 credit, payout, spin reels, arm pull and the bill acceptor sounds. Also, the legacy sounds and the ability to go from mono to stereo doesn't work either. (I'm stuck on mono) They're not how they were when I bought the machine. Let me know when is a good time to call and maybe we can fix it. I was given a cd with the owner's manual for igt s2000 on it via adobe that I can look at on my computer but it doesn't say anything about the multimedia sounds. Thanks for everything!

here is a video of how to access the sound options...... just remember anytime you change a option you need to save it by clicking the bet max credit..... hope this helps.....
