I have a GK 19" upright and it has recently started to shut down and restart several times a day.It does this after a load snap is heard then screen goes black then machine restarts in the same place i was before it happened. This sometime does not happen all day and then starts doing it every 20 minutes. The monitor is on its last leg and comes on very dim  and runs good after awhile.Any help would be great Thanks and MERRY XMAS TO ALL

Ask around..the insert kits are cheaper than $645.....
Soon you won't have a display that works well..or at all
Chances are that the tube is not worth replacing
and the Flyback transformer is expensive.....

The kit consists of...
19" LCD display
Touch controller
Frame with connector to match the one in your machine (TWO different styles)
New Bezel to replace the curved one for a CRT type display (mounts into the door.

Worth every dime!! you won't believe how much better it will look!!!

That is what i priced at Ceronix.I bought a 15" for my other GK and it was like nite and day.I have been looking for one that does not cost as much but no luck.I have a question for you i have the crt i removed from my other gk it is a 14" and worked fine but had some burn in that i could not stand. I still have the unit in my garage and wonder if it would run in my cabinet? I see some 19" lcd units for sale for $200 but they are not 19 pins and have been told it could not be used. I would even buy a used 19" CRT unit if i could find one.Once again thank you for you info.ED
