The good news is that i got my first bally 9000 alpha monte carlo royale. The bad news is that i just ASSUMED it was the same height as my old bally 6000 monte carlo. well, i assumed wrong...by 8 inches.  So anyway, here is a pic for now.  If i cut the legs off the stand (its actually a heavy piece of furniture, not a slot stand) it should just fit in the same spot where my old monte carlo was.  Special thanks to Ron from Samron Slots for helping me out. Also, thanks to NLG for a great forum.  A donation is being made to you guys today.  More pics once i modify the furniture.

and the monte carlo is up and running like a charm.   i have to say im very pleased with this machine.  big improvement over the bally 6000s which werent user friendly IMO.

1 bally alpha is good, but 2 are even better. Just the right look for my man cave.
2 great slot machines AND cannonball run on tv, who can ask for more ?  Nerd

the new style bally monte carlos are about as close as you can get to playing a WOF without playing a WOF.
