Hello,

I have two S2000 slot machines. They both work but the pays do not match what the reels are. Can you help me find the correct pay? Pictures of of the beginning reels attached. Any information appriciated!

What SB chips are you using in each machine?

Is it possible that you have them mixed up?

Okay, its SB101568. It is faded. The other game is Double gold I believe. Unfortunately I do not have the games where I am right now and don't have internet where they are :/ So if you could only imagine my predicament  frying pan . I do not think they are swapped as I can remember hitting the bonus symbols in cleopatra and it making the bonus sound.

A couple examples of what you mean by incorrect pays might help a little in identifying the issue. Also, with the machine turned off, line up all the reels with the seem on the center pay line and someone with that machine can confirm if they are in the correct order

Okay. The pictures I have above show them on center reels. Can anyone with these machines verify they are in the correct order please?

Next time you are near the machines, check your reel strips. They need to be in numerical order, from left to right. There are small numbers printed on the very bottom of the strip.

Cleopatra® Spinning Reel   50,000   SB100936

                                        SB101568

Cleo reel strips are in the correct position.

On the other machine look at the top award symbols. Since I don't know how the top award symbols are layed out for that game. I think there should be double red 7s on reels 1,3,5 and not any one reels 2,4.

Okay so if they are in the correct position and everything we discussed this far is in shape would there be any other reason as for it not too work?

No, it's either reel strips out of order or incorrect software. Be armed with the info you got here when you go visit the machine, and take pics of software if you can. Right down all the numbers on each chip and SIMM card, and reel strip too (assuming you don't find one out of order).

Like it was suggested, compare the top award symbol to the reel strips. For example, if top award is: 7 - Double Gold - 7 - Double Gold - 7, then logically, you shouldn't have Double Gold symbols on reels 1, 3, & 5.  Since Cleo strips have been confirmed to be in correct order, you need to pay special attention to the "incorrect" pays. Make sure you are not just overlooking the Payline or something, or a multiplier symbol.
