See Photo of my bootleg a couple of posts down.

Hi!
I am curious if there are any information availible about this custom hybrid? (Se pic)

Are there any bootlegs of GnG? If so, how are that hybrid bypassed on those?

Anybody ever removed the black stuff (epoxy?) to reveal the circuit perhaps?

Please share your info on this baby if you have any Smiley

Thanks in advance!

I am thinking about trying to open the black box on my bootleg(?) GnG.. Anyone who tried this before? Seems non-flexible plastic box.. just hope its not filled with epoxy :/..

There are no text or numbers on the black box.

The strange thing is that i cannot find any pictures of bootlegs with this black box.. and the RAMs on the other pcb is of the same type as on the original.. (CXK5808P) the mediumwide DIP.. odd size.

And judging from the silkscreen and the proms on the board this boot uses the WORLD 2 set..

I really would like to confirm for sure that this board indeed is a bootleg before i start digging.....
