Just purchased this JVL Vortex itouch 8+. It's not the newest but it has 147 games on it much like the NLG Arcade Games.
And many adult games, Buzz.

I WILL RE -PEAT MYSELF AGAIN FOR NEW READERS -- JVL  CONCORDE -I --CONCORDE II FROM JVL MADE IN 1996 UP A FEW YRS WERE A MAROON /RED WINE COLOR CABINET -

CONCORDE II WAS A UNDERATED MACHINE --IT HAD 80 GAMES WITH THE EROTIC ETC GREAT GAME STILL IN USE TODAY
THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE EARLY JVL'S SAME AS MERIT --MIDWAY -WILLIAMS ETC
WERE COOLING FANS GETTING PLUGGED OR WORN OUT .

IF THE CPU FAN DID NOT TURN IT WOULD BE A MATTER OF MINUTES BEFORE THE THERMAL LIMITER BUILT INTO THE BOARD >>NOT ALL << WOULD KICK IN AND TURN OFF MACHINE UNTIL COOLED ENOUGH TO START RE BOOT --

OR THE FAN MOUNTED BY THE "EMI" FILTER AT BASE OF MOST MACHINES WOULD OVERHEAT AND THERMAL LIMITER WOULD TURN OFF MACHINE UNTIL IT COOLED --AGAIN NOT ALL MACHINES FROM DIFF COMPANY'S HAD THIS FEATURE .
SO THE RESULT OF A CLOGGED FAN COULD COOK A PERFECT BOARD !!!


CONCORDE -I & II WILL  ACCEPT THE USE OF BOTH TOUCH SCREENS ""3-M""  & ""ELO""  WHEN JVL WENT TO SERIES 3 WHICH IS CALLED "CONQUEST" IT STILL HAD THE MAROON COLOR METAL CABINET .

CONQUEST -4 WENT TO A BLUE COLORED CABINET - IT ONLY WORKS WITH A 3M TOUCH SCREEN AS ALSO SERIES 5--6--7--8--ETC   JVL PURCHASED ONLY FROM 3M MICRO TOUCH SO THEY DID NOT INSTALL DRIVERS FOR ANYTHING BUT 3M T/S .

YOU CANT TRY TO ADD THE DRIVER'S TO THE SOFTWARE FOR  CONCORDE I OR II ---
FOR "ELO" TOUCH SCREENS OR OTHER TOUCH SCREEN MAKERS  .
 

AS FAR AS THE POST ON THE MERIT VALUE ?? WHAT MODEL IS IT ??

It depends on the year, condition, number of games. Pretty much what Rocket said. You can check these out;
