Bally Game Maker V7000 keeps rebooting. Machine was working fine and one day it froze up. Here is a link to a video I uploaded to youtube:

The battery has been replaced. I found bad capacitors in the power supply and replaced all electrolytic capacitors. Power supply tested good in a Bally S6000 machine. I have the Debug chip to clear the game but it won't let me clear it because it keeps rebooting. Any ideas what is causing this problem? I suspect the logic board but I have to way to test it.
