Please how do you do this...I've tried a simple ram clear and still it will not clear. Is there anything else I can try???

If the machine has no other issues then that tilt should clear by just opening and closing the main door. Have you checked the connections & wiring to the optics? The optic board itself may also have an issue. Have you cleaned the coin-in optics? Use a QTip dampened with water and dry with another QTip. Those are the places that I'd start. Can you swap the optic board with a known good one to test?

It's a 5¢ machine ( I think the 5¢ optic is BAD ) I just now used a 25¢ optic that I know works and it cleared the 24 and worked until I got a 20 Error code. You think it's maybe because I was feeding  it nickles it made that 20 ( COIN JAM)  code? Scratch Head

You might have to install a shim to ensure that all of the coins occlude the optics since the nickels are slightly smaller than the quarters.
