The Sigma UV1700 uses *two* different types of memory,
depending on the motherboard installed in the game.
Both motherboards are nearly identical, but the memory
is slightly different.

PC100, 168pin SDRAM
PC133, 168pin SDRAM

If the board requires PC100, it won't boot with PC133
(and vice-versa). Just something to keep in mind. Also
if the game boots and gives a constant "beep beep beep"
audio message, that indicates a memory problem. Again
try switching to the other type of memory, and this problem
can often be solved.

I've also seen two different sizes of memory too. The most
common is by far 256meg. But I have 128meg in a game or two
that seems to work fine (actually better, because the bootup
time is short due to the intial and bothersome memory checks.)
