I can't find here in France a Video poker casino like the Player's edge +

And I would like to make my own video poker cab,

I have the computer, I Have the soft "Mame and the rom Players edge"
I have the control panel "home made"

But would it be possible one day to get near perfect simulation?
It would be great to use a Hopper to get the credit back like in the real machine. I love the sound of the coins dropping lol.
Does anyone here can tell me if this is possible.

Thank's in advance.

If you mean by uisng mame, it's highly unlikely as you would be getting into the "manufacturing" of a gambling device.   Your best bet is to buy the parts and make up a cabinet yourself.  It's been done before and sure saves on shipping costs.

My cabinet is nearly done in fact.
It's just about how I can get my credit back like the real one?
If I buy a hopper like this one

Do you think I can connect it to my computer with mame, and it would work?

The author that made the PE+ branch into Mame or someone who is interested enough would have to make a driver for a hopper in order for that to work.  The problem is, as I said, that you get into potentially "making" a gambling device that has a rights holder (IGT).  Emulation on a computer with no coin in/out function is one thing, but when you get the full functionality of an acutual machine, that's a more drastic situation and I would be, that it would be prosecuted by IGT and it's team of lawyers.  That's why I suggested buying the actual PE+ parts and assembling it in a cabinet.  You find find PE+ parts on e-bay frequently and the dealers listed in the sponsor's links can provide  you with all parts.  It's not that difficult and shouldn't be too expensive:

1.  Monitor (inverted video)
2. Mainboard
3. MPU Board with tray
4. hopper
5. Coin-in assembly (coin head, bracket, coin comparitor, and optic circuit)
6. Power supply
7. Button Set
8. Interconnecting harnesses.
9. Bill validator (although this is not entirely necessary as it will work with just coins)

Then you assemble it all together and you got yourself a PE+

Sure you can, it will just cost you in shipping fees, but lots of vendors will send overseas.  You can even ask the vendors that frequent this site if they will ship to france.

I've not looked at the pe+'code, and aren't likely to due to not being familiar with it! but for reference! the aristocrat mk4 driver has been updated in build 0.152 to support physical hopper output.
