I can put a bill in, it takes it but will not take a second one.  Remove the first one and the process starts all over.

A little more info would be great. Does it relight after 1st bill. does it take the 2nd and spit it out ????

After you put the bill in there are no lights and it does not even try to pull the bill in.

Well the problem is now fixed.  It was a friend's who just got the slot.  I decided to drive to his house last night and take a look for myself.  There was a dollar bill jammed in the top of the can.  Silly Me!
