We don't allow the solicitation of trading or selling binary files on this site due the existing copyright laws. Manufacturers also peruse the site.

Neon,  Game chips or clear chips are not the same as binary files.  I modified the request and changed it to chips, If someone buys or trades chips then thats fine, it doesn't violate site rules (as far as I'm aware).  

toddsvec, I would reccomend posting your location or filling in your profile, someone close to you may have what you need.
