You need a power supply or you need to know how to remove it?

To remove it, unplug all connectors and if I remember right remove nut in the upper right hand corner on the power supply and then you will be able to pull it back and lift it up off the tabs.

Depending on your power issue it could be the main board or the small board inside with the 12&5 volts.   What is it doing or not doing?

check out the mains fuse on the PSU, also inside the PSU casing you can remove the top pcb and underneath is anothe pcb that also has two fuses F1 and F2, make sure these are ok, these are usuallt soldered to the pcb.

You can check out the following link for more info on the psu
