I have a "Game Maker Plus" but I wish I had the ability to quickly access more than 10 games.  I considered buying a Game King specifically to access more than 10 games,  but my wife doesn't want my in-house casino to get any larger.

Question: If I bought a 2nd processor board for my existing Game Maker,   .......could I install this 2nd processor and do a RAM Clear and set up 10  new games, and then remove that processor board and put it on the shelf, with the 10 games still on-board.   Naturally I'd re-install the original processor with it's 10 other games.  Now, when I want to play 10 other games, can I simply swap processor boards, and not do anything else?   Would that work?

Yes, I have two boards set up for mine, it's as easy as swapping boards.  There is a board on ebay for sale now $99, which is a good price.

Thanks,

The game king can only have 12 active games per denomination at a time, and needs the key chip to change, also limited number of games, I think around 55 or something on mine, some being variations of the same game.

That is correct and several members with Gamemakers do just that. You set your individual MPU's up the way you want and to swap them out, just turn off the machine pull the board out, put the other one in and turn it on, Presto 10 different games! Of course this is as long as the battery on the MPU is good.  yes

Hi Wayne: Thanks for the info.   It would have cost me a lot more than $99 to replace my Game Maker with a Game King.   I'll check out the E-bay listing.

RV DOCTOR -  I have purchased 2 boards from Gary (the vendor on eBay) and also bought a couple of MPU Board Trays from him.  All transactions went well with no problems.  I did have to modify the MPU boards to fit my newer Slant Top but, it only took about 10 min's with a grinder.   I have one broad set up for Poker, Keno and Bingo, one set up for Slot games and the third set up for Stand a lone games.  It only takes a minute to swap the boards.

Hi Dave: Thanks for the update.  Another board member told me that he has a 2nd Game Maker MPU board which he swaps in and out of his machine when he wants to play different games.  No problem.  Thanks for your confirmation that this is a workable approach to easily accessing more than 10 games on my Game Maker.  Do you know where I can buy a 2nd MPU board?
