Hi guys,

Unfortunately, I am new to the IGT gear.

As a hobbyist, I enjoy bringing these things back to life. This one was extremely messed up with battery leakage, though persistance pays off.

I am able to power up, enter ATTENDANT menu, enter DIAGNOSTIC and SETUP MENU, but cannot find a way to get around -

TERMINAL DISABLED - Play Suspend P1.

The main board processor is an intel I960, so I hope I have posted in the correct section. The game is ROCK LOBSTER

Any help or suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Regards, Penno

Welcome to NLG!  wave   I'm not a Game King expert at all, but I'm sure someone will chime in soon with some help for you.  yes

The game is ROCK LOBSTER

If that's the case, enjoy the following from the TV show "Family Guy" while you wait:

After you replaced the battery did you use a clear chip?

You have an older I Game that I have not seen but from what you posted it looks like player tracking is enabled and its waiting for the host.    I could be wrong but the only other thing is the game last was put into the out of service mode but that message is usually different.

I really suggest a clear be done.

I would guess that this is game is not in the USA as the board looks different?

I also see it has the Dallas NVRam chips so a clear for sure is ideal.

Guys,

Thanks for the advice.

Found problem to be one of the connectors on the power distribution box. The plug (which has no cable attached was not fully homed).  I think these are used for comms channels ????

Yes this is in Australia.

A question if I may - from the start up screen, it would appear that the player may be able to select from a variety of games - How do you install more than one game if the eprom sockets are all populated ?

Regards, Penno
