Hi,

I have recently bought a Triple Diamond and this is my first slot machine. I wonder if some one can help me identify my machine? Is this a IGT S or S-plus model? I have attached a picture of the machine. Please tell me if you need more pictures to identify it.
I also wonder if it is possible to get the machine to accept more than two coins? I have heard that this can be done by replacing a eeprom on the motherboard? If so where can I by one?

This particular theme is available in 1, 2, 3, and 5 coin games.  You would change the reel chip in order to accomplish this.  You would also probably like to buy the top award glass to reflect the different pay amounts on coins played (this, of course is cosmetic and does not alter the play of the machine)

A slot collector is like a coin hopper in a machine that never pays out.  they just keep on accumulating assets.

Thank you. I am not sure if it is my english or mad bad explaining skills :-) but what I ment was if it is possible to get the slot to accept more than to credits. When I insert the 3 coin today it just falls trough into the money tray. I dont want to play for 3,4 or 5 coins in one game but I want the machine to count every inserted coin as credit instead of throwing them back in the money tray. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible, but you will need a set of tokenizable game prom and the corresponding set chip in order for it to work.

You need SP1137, this will allow semi euro credit setting in options to allow you to insert as many coins as you want above the max bet amount of 2 coins.

Try contacting one of the vendors listed at the top of the page, including Joey at NLG, Jim at Blueridge, or April at Lemans.  All of them should be able to get you that chip, and we'll be able to walk you through the setup for it once you get the chip.
