I'm still looking for Bally E-series MPU DIP switch settings.  The Operators Manual (FO-650-12) only talks about the basic settings.  Maybe we can fill in the blanks here or at least give me some ideas.  What does your E-series have?

This is for my E-2344-6, 5-line, 3-reel, double progressive.

Book Keeping (jackpot key) w/ door closed:

1= Total coin in
2= Total out out
3= Total cash box (coin overflow)
4= Total games played
5= ?
6= Total Jackpots (?)
30= ?
31= ?

Book Keeping w/ door opened:

 7= Total 1-coin games played
 8= Total 2-coin
 9= Total 3-coin
10= Total 4-coin
11= Total 5-coin
12= ?
13= ?
14= ?
15= ?
24= ?
25= ?
26= ? (mine reads 002300 constantly)
28= ? (mine reads 06401 constantly)
29= ?
30= ? Mine is advancing very slowly
31= ? Same, advancing very slowly

From what I've read there is/was a Bally "Special Model Information Form" with details a specif machines.   Now that would be the proverbial "Rosetta Stone"

Thanks in advance for any help the NLG community can provide.

And here are the DIP switch settings as much as I've figured out:

Sw 1  Off=Bell normal  On=Bell pulses
Sw 2  ?     Not 3 min time out feature lights as manual says (FO-650-12).
Sw 3  ?
Sw 4  Off=Bell rings on all wins  On=Bell on J.P and 3 Cherrys only.
Sw 5  Off=Attract feature lights off  On=Attract feature lights on
Sw 6  Off=Coin-in lights blink  On= Coin-in lights steady
Sw 7  Not used  Not even connected on the circuit board.
Sw 8  Book says MPU trouble shoot. Is it?
