Hi,

I left my machine on for a few hours as i forgot to turn it off. It has been having a problem with the monitor getting fuzzy picture with some intermittent bright flickering taking place.

Anyway, when I went back to the machine, the screen was almost white although the game screen could be seen, there were credits on the game waiting to be played but no flashing bet buttons or other lights and I got no responce from the panel buttons.

I turned off and back on and the screen is just full of junk and the board has one of the red lights flashing, it is the first light reading from left to right.

Both green lights are on, and both orange lights are off.

What is this telling me?

I hope someone has some ideas.

Thanks.

** FIXED **

I took the board out and put in a another board, and all worked fine once an EEprom error was cleared.

So I removed and reseated all the chips on the broken board and when I put this board back in the machine again, and after another EEprom error was cleared, this boarded worked again, even had the credits on it that were there when it malfunctioned.

I suspect that reseating the chips didn't actually do anything and it was the forced EEprom error when the other board went in that cleared the problem.

I'd be interested to know what the lights mean though just in case it happens again.
