Hi Guys just came across this forum. I am need of some help. I have a problem with a Con2I controller. I have 6 poker games hooked up to it and all machines are incrementing and showing the amounts properly. The issue i have is some times when the Jackpot hits the progressive does not reset back to the base amount. all the cabling looks fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? or some things i could try?

Thanks

I am going to state the obvious - since this is a CON2i - these are IGT machines ?
PSP has some settings that specify the timing for registering a jackpot - I believe it is MS08
Check the PSP manual. They have different settings for different platforms and just cause its a CON2I with IGT machines you still need to set it.

NitroDizz,
Did you ever figure out what was wrong with the CON2i ?
Was it the CON2i that had the problem of was it with one of the display panels?
Did you get a chance to swap CON2i's with a known good one?
Swap wiring/cabling, flukey power supplies?
