Hi all,

I have my 9 Lines Triple Diamond.
SP1137  -  SS7103
I also have SET086.

When i use SET086 to change the token value, as explained in the PSR :

"Selection <0> [15]   Tokens can be set to a value between 2 and 99 credits.  Credits window = token value.  Press the Spin Reels button to step through token values.  Turn the jackpot reset key to select a value."

I changed it to 10 : it did not work.
I changed it to 100 : it did not work.

Is there something i forgot to do ?
I changed country to 04 (Belgium).
after each change i pushed BET 1 to register my change (beep sound, it worked).
but when i power up after removing SET086, it still does not work.

 hissy fit

Any idea what i am doing wrong ??

Thank a lot for your help !

You forgot to do the setting in the SP chip, you want to choose "Token Credit {7}"

Credit Type
Selection <0> [5]   The credit type can not be changed if credits are accumulated or if the tournament option is enabled.  Options are Standard Euro credit {1}, Euro noncredit {2}, Nevada-style credit {3}, Nevada-style noncredit {4}, Lottery-style credit {5}, Semi-Euro credit {6}, Token credit {7}, or Semi-Euro credit II {8}.

There was a trick  Scratch Head

After changing :
"Selection <0> [15]   Tokens can be set to a value between 2 and 99 credits.  Credits window = token value.  Press the Spin Reels button to step through token values.  Turn the jackpot reset key to select a value."
to 10 credits, it was still not working.

Rick pointed me out that i also needed to change :
"Selection <0> [5]   The credit type can not be changed if credits are accumulated or if the tournament option is enabled.  Options are Standard Euro credit {1}, Euro noncredit {2}, Nevada-style credit {3}, Nevada-style noncredit {4}, Lottery-style credit {5}, Semi-Euro credit {6}, Token credit {7}, or Semi-Euro credit II {8}."
to Token >> 7

Problem was : where on earth was that SELECTION setting ??  Scratch Head
I could not find it anywhere in the pages of SET086...

Finally i found it  Duh!
It was NOT in the SET086 !!
I had to remove the SET086 and put my SP1137 back.
Power up the machine, and start the SP settings with the Test Switch button.
Here is my SELECTION that i change to '7' !
I exit the settings mode, close the door :
VoilĂ  !

IT IS WORKING !!  propeller applause frying pan

Finally, after buying quite a few SP and SET chips, testing them, getting crazy  rotflmao ... It works !

Thanks to all of you, Special thanks to Rick,

I hope this will help others  wave

Good to hear you got it going.  I did say:

"You forgot to do the setting in the SP chip, you want to choose "Token Credit {7}""

I probably should have been more thorough and explained you needed to put back the SP chip.  arrow  All's well that ends well.

Enjoy your tokenized machine!!!
