On, an S+ no.  You change the Reel chip (SS chip) to the payout percentage you want to have.

Check out our S+ game bible, which lists all (or most) of the reel chip numbers for most of the S+ games.

For future reference, you can get there on your own by clicking on the blue "Rick's FAQ" button located just under the banner ads at the top of every page. I highly recommend the FAQ to all new members, as it will help you get up to speed on your slot quickly (although it is currently focused more on the S+).
