    Symptom: No video.  Red LED flashes when powered.
    Diagnosis: EPROM not making good contact
    Repair: Remove/reseat 27C4096

    Symptom: No audio.  (User applied -5V on 12V line?)
    Diagnosis: C47 (470uf, 16v) bad, audio amp bad
    Repair: Replaced C47, replaced TDA2003

Thanks for logging that!

The EPROM holds run time code for the FPGA chip on the board. All the games are kept on a surface mount flash chip under the plastic cover.
