What you need to buy is a WBA 13/23 transport ( 13 and 23 are the same thing, just different software, easier to deal with than the 12/22 as it uses eproms to change software).  Then you can use the head you had on your original transport and put into this one.  Get the right software (on an eprom) and you are good to go.  I don't know what JCM's rules are regarding the sale of euro currency software, but in the us JCM will not sell directly.  Though some of the dealers that frequent this site might have euro software that you can use.

Based on the plug in the back it's a WBA 12.  The issue with a 12 is that you need to send it to someone who can flash the right software for you.  You are much better off getting a 13 since it's eprom based, so to change the software, the dealer need only send you a chip and thus you don't have to be shipping your transport back and forth.  That WBA 12 would work, but as I said, you will need to have someone flash the correct software on it for you to be able to use it.  I would just post a general Want to Buy a WBA 13/23.  You really only need the transport as the head from your old unit can be used with the new transport.
