I was going to grab a flight out tonight (couldn't afford the drive time) but got hung up with my realtor, I may have finally found a house in my price range that meets my criteria. Now it's all about the negotiation and beating out the families with 3 generations trying to move in.

Hope you have all the bodies you need for the move, let me know if there's anything left for next weekend.

I wasn't aware until Thursday that Joey had to move the business.  I only found out when Buzz told me he was going out there.  I can't really do too much myself but I do have a pick up that can be loaded and I have a lift for it too.  Because of Dad's appointments on Monday and Tuesday I couldn't come out until Wednesday but I would be willing to drive out and help out the best I can.  I have Wednesday and Thursday available.

The store is still under move, but they have done great so far. Still some left to do, but organizing all the stuff that went to storage will suck in the near future! Getting the new showroom up to snuff comes first!

Finally a street view! I like the corner location, great visibility. Just behind it is a Dry cleaners, and to the right in the same lot is a Jet Ski Place. I am hoping that these establishments will have alot of "people traffic" and bring people into the store! The corner windows should be great, especially at night, for attracting customers as well.

Keep up the good work, I wish I could be there! Maybe next week if company leaves, and work allows a window of opportunity!

I just wanted to let you know that this is a great site and I have learned much in just the short time I have been a member. Just a small update David and I had to come home last night. David is going back tomorrow and I'm going back Tue. early AM. The new shop is really close and across the street. maybe a 1/4 mile ( close enough Joey was going to take two machines that are on a pallet and move them to the new shop with a pallet jack down the sidewalk and across the street, we talked him out of it, didn't want him to get a speeding ticket going down Hwy 95 ) Almost every thing in the show room got moved, today they are starting on the tec room it's going to be a BITCH. Odis had to be put in storage, the ceilings is to low in new show room. Joey just got a idea, talk to your land lord and we can put in a sky light above Odie that will give enough room for him with out hitting his head !! David took some Pic's I'm sure he will be on afterwhile with his update.

Not too far off. This house had the attached 2 car garage turned into a family room, which would be prefect for pins, slots, and full size pool table. It has 2x30A 120v service, since the garage originally had washer/dryer outlets. However, anyone that knows me understands I can't live without a garage (http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=3684.0), and this had a newly constructed 4 car garage (think 2x2 car garages together lengthwise, so 2 cars wide by 2 cars long) with rolllup doors on either end, and on a 10k+ lot. My garage requirement has kept me out of a lot of places, but as a professional mechanic for 23 years before my career change, I have too much tools and equipment, plus all the motorcycles, for a normal sized garage. I'd just stay in my current place, but it's only got room for 2 slots, and that's just not an option any more.

All this and listed at $525k, which is cheap for this area. My realtor (a guy I used to work with up until he got realigned during our last round of layoffs) showed it to me Friday night, and I said pull the trigger. He called me a couple hours later and said the open house was Sat/Sun from 1-4 pm, and they wouldn't accept any offers until the open house. He called me yesterday morning and said he called the realtor again, who told him that there was an offer made Saturday morning and it was accepted.

Needless to say, I was hopping mad, it ruined my whole weekend. I'd have gone over what the accepted offer was, but never even got the chance.

 I'd have much rather spent the weekend in Bullhead City moving the Command Center with a bunch of friends than deal with this crap.
