Steve,

A friend was able to tell me that it is Lock and Roll Texas Tea.... I have no idea what that is, but hopefully the info helps.

Also I did not see it in the Mississippi lists.

Regards,

We've had previous discussions of Lock and Roll games on the forum (here).  They were used in a particular jurisdiction (North Carolina for sure, perhaps others) that required that slot machines be games of skill, so for each wager players would get to spin once, "lock" reels of their choice in place, and then re-spin to determine the final outcome.  Based on what you've found, I'd guess that it's a "Texas Tea" game with that feature, developed for jurisdictions that required it.

L&R Texas Tea is a single payline 5 reel video game with Lock and Roll, one spin lock (hold) the symbols you want and respin to try to get a winner. Lots and lots of blanks on the game. IGT also made Lock and Roll Double Diamond 2000 and Little Green Men. I found a picture in my archives (aka the My Pictures folder in my documents) of DD2000 w/L&R.
