Nine Line Cherries R Wild Model SG150B.  CPU is Mech Slot 340023 REVA1.  When a different game chip (Double Cherries) was introduced apparently from a Double Cherries game the 9 Liner worked fine (except payouts etc.).  When a 9 Line game chip was put in this board "Jumper Err" appeared and would not clear.  All jumpers at location marked JP were unhooked.  The game played but the original problem came back:  there is a 3 second delay in bet 1, spin, registering a win etc.  Put the Double Cherries chips back in and "Jumper Err" appeared.  This will not clear  (by holding the test button and the test switch and turning ON the machine and holding them for 20 seconds).

NLG member, Ben, was kind enough to observe that his identical machine had a board with no jumpers at JP and at location marked SW  there were jumpers at all 10 spots on the underside of the board.  The piggyback dip switches same as mine were noted.  I duplicated all of this.  Now the machine says "RAM WRONG", which changes by itself to "Clear", then changes by itself to "Insert Coin", then to "COMM.ERROR".  This will not clear.

Does anyone know how to clear these error messages on a Sigma?  The 300 manual did not help.

I have encountered those particular error codes before...
Do you have a Sigma 150B manual?
If not, PM me your email and
I will send you a copy of mine for down load...

Okay,
I want you to take a good look at these photos.
Click on them to enlarge them...they are fairly hi-res- photos somewhat.
See if your board is similar to this one...
my chips may be different from yours because you've never said what chips you have installed.
But if your board is from a Sigma 150 B Plus then
these jumpers next the the chips should be the same...
Look at:
J7 jumper is on 2M,
J11 is on 2M,
J13 is on 4M.

Also, try to set your dip switches the same way as mine:
Left Dip Switches>>>1on/2off/3off/4on/5off/6off/7off/8off/9off/10on.
Right Dip Switches>>1off/2off/3off/4off/5off/6on/7off/8on/9off/10off.
and I think your error codes will go away.>>>

A couple more for good measure
I think your 3 jumpers need to be set for the size of the chips you're installing...
The 9 liner chips may be differently sized compared to the Double Cherries chips?>>>

The board in your pictures is a SG88-M 234  120002 for a Treasure Wheel type The model Ben and I have is a 340023 board for a 9 Line Cherries R Wild  The side plate on Ben's says Model 150B. Our boards have a piggy back board in the middle. These boards only have one game chip. These 2 games have very different boards. I also have a Treasure Wheel game and that bd is what you have.

My bds are different. The Bd says Mech Slot 340023 for my 9 Liners  with the errors that wont clear. I have spent over 35 hrs. on this  One guy said the game chips could be bad. Is that likely that they would both be bad?

I'd wish you'd pull that board out and
take a good high resolution picture of it and post it here...
Top and bottom sides.
Let's see your jumper locations, etc. then maybe we'll figure this puppy out...
