HI,noob here, awesome site, seems like a great bunch of people! Please help. I have a 1993  Bally .25 cent video poker machine called Double Card Poker. The model # is VPOKOP-10 and bears additional # on the side plate of P259A.The game turns on with consistant junk on the screen always in the same spots. When I press the reset button, the screen freezes with different junk and then returns to prior junk when released. When door is closed, change button and white light on top flashes. After checking for loose wires and turning on and off several times, the monitor will not turn on. All flourescants work. The fuse in the power supply looks ok and I have replaced the dead battery on the board. Any help getting a manual and troubleshooting would greatly be appreciated .  Thanks Ken                                                                            .

your V5500 video poker sounds like it has a board issue, I had thought the monitor for a sec also, but are you hearing sounds?  you should check the submit new files section for a manual, I didn't check but if it's not there , it will likely show up now that you requested it.

Thanks,
Wayne

Well I put everything back together after replacing the battery and everything seems to be working except for the monitor. I had always wanted to replace it because of the severe burn in. The monitor is Segai model #M21C13. Any suggestions for a replacement. Is there an upgrade? I have seen the manual in the files but that one seems to be for the slots. Thanks Ken

Usually the screen with the garbage (multi-colored squares, triangles) is not too bad to get rid of.
Usually a clear chip will get you past this.

Hey Ken, seems I have the same machine. Wish I could help but I'm on here trying to find a manual too. When I try to access the "Submit a New File" section it asks for a password then says I'm not authorized. Did you ever find the manual for this? Kevin

I have a 1993 Bally Double Card Video Poker machine. Model # VPOKOP-10. I need a manual for it. For some reason I can't access the file section to see what's available. I'm new to the group so I may not know how to navigate here yet. Any help would be great. Kevin

The manual you need is not there.
There is some listed on eBay.

Thanks. I'm bidding on that manual. I didn't realize my machine is referred to as a V5500 until I joined this group.

When you get your manual you will find this in the book.
Here is the break down of your model #

VPOKOP - 10

V - Video Poker
POK - Poker
O - Poker Standard Draw
P - V5500 Plus / V7000
1 - Internal Bill Validator / Non-Progressive
0 - Chrome Cabinet Finish
