Hello  all I have a coin in jam on my vision and can not get it fixed I switched new boards,swapped io board,cleared it,tryed different coin acceptor,and it still comes up
coin in jam on VFD display it also says problem with coin acceptor in lcd screen.Any ideas how to fix Thanks

Check coin in optics for being blocked or dirty and if you reseated/replaced I/O Board on inside door panel, then turn off game, disconnect 7 segment display and power up and see if closing door makes error go away, this is more for the 7 segment display under the reels, not to the right, and assume you have a 3 reel game not 5

I cleaned the optic encoder nothing changed disconneted the 7 segment board and restarted nothing changed it still comes up coin in jam I checked the key chip features and machine type is unkown when i try to move arrow down to upright it doesn't let me this is even after I use the key 31 any ideas why it wont let me move down it works on volume up down buttons Thanks

Don't know if that would give a coin jam  Scratch Head
Try a key 17 and see if that works.

I took the back pcu board out and put in another vision and the VFD came up as coin in jam the problem must be in the board where can
I get back pcu boards thanks
