You would have to find a SS chip (eprom) with that percentage if it is available

You just need a keychip to access the operators menu to change the % on S2000

I think it's a clone of some game or another on S+

You just need a Key 17 chip, its a very easy change.  Let me know if you need one.

If that is an S+ game in a S-2000 Cabinet then he will need that certain percentage chip. Key chip will not always do the trick. The game cannot be changed with a Key 17 unless it is a true S-2000 game.

As he stated it is for a Tabasco game theme...1000% it's a S2000

you seem to know this s2000 tabasco, do you have the needed chip, and whats the cost. allso i heard from a guy up here that as mine is a multi denominational machine that its very hard to change the payout on all the different amounts, and i cant find any manuel for a s2000. have the splus books, but they dont cover this s2000. is there a link or something i can access that would help me to change the payout, after i get the chip. thanks,  john

Look at it this way...
If you have a manual for a Cadillac Eldorado,
I don't think it will contain any information about a Chevy Chevette.
Even though both models are made by General Motors.

IGT made quite a few platforms of machines...
an S+ and an S2000 were just a couple of models.

If you want a chip for your S2000, the best thing to do is
place an ad for one in the "Classifieds" section of NLG.
It will be in the "Forum Index" about 13 rows down.
Here is where the vendors like to watch for ads to help people like you!
I've attached below a link to the "Classified" section for you..

http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?board=5.0

You should invite and tell your "guy up here" to come to NLG.
He can learn how easy it is to change payouts on an S2000.
He might learn a few things... Tongue Out

As far as a manual for an S2000...all you have to do is ask.
We don't sell anything here...especially manuals. Why?
Because that is copy-righted material and really, only IGT is allowed to sell them.
There are really no links for you to access these materials unless you have a gaming license and
can download documentation directly from the IGT website.

Send me by PM your email address and I will send you some reading material pertaining to your machine!

Yes I can provide you with a chip.  And whoever told it was difficult to change the percentages for denomination obviously does not know what they are doing.  It is extremely easy and once you receive your chip, with only 5 minutes of telephone support you will be up an running.

Changing the payout is easy?? Not if you've never done it and I would like to change my Wild cherry as it pays out way to often.
Anyone have a how to for dummies instruction sheet. I'd could really use it

What????
How are you bending legs on chips popping them in and out????
I just don't get this. In 10 years of removing chips and installing chips I think I had one leg on one chip break, and that was many years ago.
Chip removal should be done carefully along both ends. Don't just lift one corner with a screwdriver and rip the chip up. Otherwise all the legs will be angled.
When inserting a chip you need to Feel the pins align. Witness correct placement and push them down. My eyesight is not what it use to be when I was much younger, but I can still feel when all the chips legs are aligned. Even with the larger 27C4002 chips.

If your breaking legs often, you need to re-evaluate your technique.

i did re-evaluate my technique..... i dont change chips unless i have to bust gut laughing lol.....i got better now  changing them out........ when i was changing sb chips on my s2k with a enhanced board thats when i use to bend them a lot cuz it was on a angle corner...... till i realized i could just pop off the lite board and have more room to swap them out.....any newbie would be bending legs on this board at first trying to put a key chip or sb chip in without taking the top board off......

Kagl it's a problem in many way but two are 1. I end up with a bizillion credit and no way to clear them except hit cash out  catch the 400 coins in the hopper and put them back in and let it keep paying. 2. I would like it a little closer to the real thing most people experience in Vegas. It's all in fun but a pain to keep cycling coins thru the hopper.

Stax I have a key chip so I'll give it a try sometime after the holiday and casino trip to the local Indian reservation. Vegas doesn't come 'til August

P.S. My key chip is a 31 will that d the trick?
