I think I have the same machine as you do!
Did you try turning the reset key momentarily while the door was open?

yes I did try that ,took  can out , transporter , and  rolled the rollers , everything seems to be working, but I can,t power off and start up, it goes to spin the wheels  and just starts humming and turning slow'!

If you open the door, turn the reset key and close the door the error will clear and the machine will go to normal play. If you have a stacker problem or any other problem  you will have a  erroe code. After you do the reset  and if it dose it again let us know what the code is.
