Does anyone know how to reset or turn off the tilt sign on one of these machines.
The machine was going and after moving to the next room Tilt came up on the screen and now will not except credits.

Kind Regards Nigel

I am not sure what Platform your Sweet Heart II is.

Is it Bally, IGT, Knomi etc ?

If your not sure pictures are always good.

Usually it will have a manufacturer's tag riveted to the outside, get a picture of that. Also, get pictures of the glass (top, reel, and belly door glass), high enough resolution to be able to read it. Max file size for uploading here is 1 megabyte, and there is a 2 image limit per post, so you may have to include all this over 2 posts.

Has anyone noticed the denomination sticker and the on-screen message?

5¢ "Insert $2 for 40 credits"  WTF??? Scratch Head   Were they expecting a run on $2 bills?? Duh!

I don't see anything that indicates that max bet is 2 coins per line (18 coins), which would be weird (a 2-coin max line bet seems weird to me), and which would be the only logical explanation. Scratch Head 2

<ADD> Some other clues about this machine might be the black shadow box running across the top of the image above the chrome frame of the monitor, and the reflection of five "bet" or "hold/draw" buttons with legends whose top halves are red and bottom halves, white. What manufacturer uses legends like that?

One more clue: I believe that Nigel is "down under" (NZ)... Uni or Aristocrat??

Aha! So that's it !  Crazy bust gut laughing bust gut laughing bust gut laughing

Can you confirm whether it is an Aristocrat or a Universal? I don't think that we have anyone who knows about the Aussie/NZ Uni's on the board, but the more information you can give us, the better the chances of finding some answers. stir the pot / get cooking

Dave (kenokarz) would be able to identify which specific Aristocrat platform that is just by looking at the screen.  I've seen it before -- in fact the local Native American casino still has one bank of those old things up and running with "Kenny Rogers: The Gambler" software in it.

Hello All

Only noticed this post now and problem has probably been fixed by now - For Future Reference - Tilts are keyed off by the front keyswitch (Normally on the right hand side of the machine). The other keyswitch gets you into Audit mode.
To get into diagnostic mode turn the machine off and  then press the 2 red buttons on the processor board (The 2 closest to the right). This brings you into what is called robot mode.

As the machines were designed for the OZ and NZ pokie market they wont work unless connected to some kind of online system. To get it to work stand alone it has to be fitted with some kind of emulator foolong the machine into thinking its talking to a online system.
