bawling I have a PC, it's kind of old but it's still pretty fast. I have 2 hard drives, one is an 80g and the other is a 200g. I have lots of space avaliable on the drives but cannot seem to get photoshop CS4 to load. It goes almost all the way through, say about 2/3 and then says some elements failed to install correctly and then asks me if I want to continue installing the remaining elements. This software is extremely important to my business so if anyone can help me figure this out that would be fantastic.

I would try starting your computer up in safe mode and try the install again.

As soon as your turn on the computer begin hitting the F8 key - you will be presented with a DOS menu - choose Safemode with networking.
Try your install.

When you reboot you will be back in normal mode.
