I have 2 IGT Spectrums that are for the S+ and PE.
Connect to the S+ same way as the Mini-Photon Progressive and value displayed is controlled by the S+
I am trying to determine what the DIP switches on the controller do besides a test mode (found that one)?

Board PN  75512000 Rev A

these labels are on  two IC's

Spectrum Rev A  32805000  13/03/00

Really?  I was under the impression that the spectrum displays were just for the S2000 and Game King (and perhaps newer) as they used netplex.

Netplex Spectrum is S2000 / Game King / I+

Maybe on the S+ it could have been called a spectrum display but the ones we have seen posted work only via Netplex are are called a "Spectrum Display".

I have seen 2 types, one of them had a power supply with a board on top using software SD00094 etc (The board connected to the display via a ribbon cable and a 2 wire molex for power).  The other which is more common today is the all in one and starts with software SD100  and up (most common is SD104)

Foster,
When you get it going, could you post some pictures for us?
And maybe a description of how you hooked it up?

Pictures of a dual Spectrum with SD00094 in an S+ machine. It connects to the harness in the top box that comes from the top left of the CPU board .. might be a 12 pin but I am not sure without looking.

This unit may be for sale in the near future.

Can you possibly post a picture of the Belly Glass and the Reel Strips for that Megabucks??? What chips are used for that game?

I am positive that I have that Award glass in 16", but I am not sure of the Belly or the Reel Strips or Software. I never got as far as researching that.

I have some of the SPECTRUM UNITS as well.

To clear up some of the confusion here: The S+ units are Spectrum and were IGT dual units. The units that are in the S2000, Game King, and I-Game, etc are actually SPECTRUM II units, and are netplex.
