I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a cherry master machine with this bill acceptor in it. It has 120v going to it and also the 5vdc. It doesn't do anything, I figured it shouls run a test run when the machine is first started.

Is there a different bill acceptor I can use in place of this one?

Yes, cherrymasters can use just about anything...shop around on fleabay for one...
you could probably pick one up for a cheap price.
Just make sure it uses the same voltages....most of them don't take more than a $20 bill.
This one is about $80 bucks and stacks bills going up.>>>

This one doesn't stack but just throws the bills into a box.>>>

Like I said, shop around...make sure they are 120VAC...
they usually come with a small booklet of instructions or you can find the manuals online.
