Here is the some-what question I think.  I have finally began to go thru all these 15 inch touch screen reel touch monitors.  A few which work fine on testing (not in machines yet) have the mcb2 nvram boards in them and some do not.  I was thinking the ones with the extra boards were once avp based- Scratch Head.  They fit into the "white" expansion block on the cpu.  A regular reel touch does not need this board as far as I know.  I purchased a pallet of these and they will require the monitors so that is why I am finally going thru all these now.  Thanks Barry.
