I have a Bally 5000 that was having frequent reel errors, error 42, which I would reset and it would work for a while.  Now it when I reset it goes tilt on the first pull.  I tried to find a replacement stepper motor with no luck.  Am I on the right path?

They are available (reels) as well as the reel cushion energy absorber kits
